(6) Accounting Office: annual budget preparation, financial information disclosure, adjustment of tuition and miscellaneous fees, increasing income and reducing expenditure.

(7) R&D Office: mid-range planning (including revisions), evaluation data provision, award and subsidy content structure compilation provision, and quantitative data verification operations.
